My husband and I finished this manuscript yesterday. With gratitude and a more clear understanding of our "function" here, we can move about and experience our lives more honestly. Dr. Wapnick fleshes out the "'content and intent" of "The Course in Miracles" in a way that is hard to miss, only requiring a "little willingness" on our part. Dr. Wapnick is clearly a friend and educator of all students of the "course". You can trust his work.

Over the last few decades as A Course In Miracles spread around the world, the
most prevalent complaint was the difficulty in wading through the poetic language, the proliferous unreferenced pronouns and use of words that had different definitions than from Webster's dictionary e.g. miracles, forgiveness etc. Well, Ken's book on the Manual for Teachers, reviewed here, is a dedicated student's lifeline to resolve the issues that came along with the original Course reading. A book, the content of which I believe came from somewhere outside this world and is now accomplanied by this wonderful clarification. For those truly committed students, Ken also offers 8 volumes on the Workbook. (I understand a Text review is due in 2010). All of these helped me SO much that I can't say enough, I guess that is how "priceless" would be interpreted by A Course in Miracles. A true Blessing! Don't put your Course book aside until you have read these commentaries! An astounding masterpiece by a Guided scholar!

As a student of A Course In Miracles, I found this guide served to put me years ahead in my progress. I am in agreement with the author of the guide however when it comes to someone who is just beginning to study A Course In Miracles. The first time through the workbook should be done without the guide. Just do it on your own. If you really want to do the workbook over again, then use this guide. It will take you to depths of understanding you could not have achieved in one pass through the workbook.

"Journey Through the Workbook of A Course in Miracles" is an excellent, insightful addition to doing the lessons. Ken Wapnick's teachings, examples and concise, right to the point, interpretation of each lesson has been invaluable to me in trying to live the Course. I have done the lessons several times in the years I've studied ACIM, but not with the enthusiasm and renewed conviction I have now because of the insights I have gained by reading "Journey Through the Workbook of A Course in Miracles". I would recommend these volumes to anyone studying ACIM.

If you want a "tell it like it is" author on Course material, Ken is the guy to read. In reading his books you get a thorough understanding of what it is telling you with several cross references of other Course quotes throughout the books. You can also tell its his mission in life, as he said in Absence from Felicity; another excellent book for serious Course students.

Dedicated students of ACIM understand the goal is awakening to the Atonement and perceive rightly that Kenneth Wapnick's life work is His Will. This latest work continues the shining and scholarly process of clarifying and helping us deepen our appreciation of the simplicity of the Truth that we will realize through the decision to open our minds and "choose again".

Dear Ken,

just like the "Journey through the Workbook of A Course in Miracles", with this one you've again delivered quite something!

I can only say that I honestly love you, your work, your devotion to teaching the Course in the most helpful ways, and all your life's work.

It doesn't matter what we read from you, Ken - or listen to, for that matter - it's always first class spiritual instruction!

One day, i hope, I'll experience you live.
