About the Author

Denise Linn is an international healer, writer, and lecturer. She has taught seminars in 19 countries and has written 12 books. She has also appeared on Oprah and in numerous documentaries, as well as on TV programs on the Discovery and Lifetime Networks and BBC television.

I pre-ordered these tapes as soon as I heard about them, after reading Past Lives, Present Dreams by Denise Linn. The cassettes are experiential, as opposed to the intellectual exercise of *merely* reading a book. Denise guides you through exercises in which you touch the past. You access past lives which concern your current problems and situations. Examples are given of how dissolving emotional blockages which you have carried into this life with you can change relationships of today! Not being sure I believe in reincarnation,still I knew that dissolving emotional blockages can only be a good thing. I *saw* a life that I loved-I loved my community and my friends and most of all my wife. I did not want to pass out of that life because I felt that I had to be there to take care of my wife, she would not be alright unless I was with her.I used Denise's techniques to go back and "change" the outcome. My personal testimony is necessary to review the tapes because I can vouch for the fact that they are unbelievably powerful. Within two weeks I was contacted by the daughter I had given up for adoption (in this life) who must have been the *wife* of the former lifetime. Of course I had always thought that she could never be alright if I wasn't with her to take care of her. If you're reading this review, you must be considering Denise Linn's tapes. They changed my life more than I ever dreamed they could.

These tapes are worthy of a million stars..!! Before I go any further I must say that I have read a million books about past lives and these two little tapes are the TOP OF THE LINE! Ms. Linn discusses why it is important for people to discover past lives (as they influence the presant) and gives you basic breathing techniques (which SHE even does the breathing with you!!) and then moves on to meditations and shows you how to view yourself and loved ones into your past life. She then gives you a chance to rid yourself of emotional bagage (from your previous lives) by letting you express the things you need to express to rid yourself of guilt, pain, sadness, etc. I have never found anything that worked before these and I would reccomend them to ANYONE.. HIGHLY!!

Discover why you behave certian ways or have certian fears.. all it takes is a few $$ and a few mins of your time.. These tapes will change your life!!

"Journeys Into Past Lives" is a 2 CD set that includes discussions on reincarnation & the value of exploring past lives (how it can help us in living a meaningful life today), as well as 4 different meditations to help you explore your subsoncious mind & ways of dealing with past-life situations that bring up uncomfortable feelings (i.e., fear, victimization, great sadness, etc...). Denise Linn also includes a breathing technique that can be used with or without her particular meditations, and which are meant to make it easier to open up the door to your subconscious mind.

The 4 meditations involve: revealing past lives, going back to the current past, recognizing soul mates, as well as meeting our future selves.

I've had great success with this CD set, exploring 2 past-lives so far. I find Linn's voice to be soothing - which is very important to me - and I like that she does the breath work along with you - helping you to get used to the rhythym. However, there are a few areas where I felt rushed, where I wished I'd had more time to explore (especially in the 2nd meditation). But other than that, I think this is an excellent meditation set - one of the few that I can truly relax to.

Overall, I would highly recommend "Jouneys Into Past Lives" to anyone interested in both past-life exploration & meditation. It has a lot to offer!
