I pre-ordered these tapes as soon as I heard about them, after reading Past Lives, Present Dreams by Denise Linn. The cassettes are experiential, as opposed to the intellectual exercise of *merely* reading a book. Denise guides you through exercises in which you touch the past. You access past lives which concern your current problems and situations. Examples are given of how dissolving emotional blockages which you have carried into this life with you can change relationships of today! Not being sure I believe in reincarnation,still I knew that dissolving emotional blockages can only be a good thing. I *saw* a life that I loved-I loved my community and my friends and most of all my wife. I did not want to pass out of that life because I felt that I had to be there to take care of my wife, she would not be alright unless I was with her.I used Denise's techniques to go back and "change" the outcome. My personal testimony is necessary to review the tapes because I can vouch for the fact that they are unbelievably powerful. Within two weeks I was contacted by the daughter I had given up for adoption (in this life) who must have been the *wife* of the former lifetime. Of course I had always thought that she could never be alright if I wasn't with her to take care of her. If you're reading this review, you must be considering Denise Linn's tapes. They changed my life more than I ever dreamed they could.

These tapes are worthy of a million stars..!! Before I go any further I must say that I have read a million books about past lives and these two little tapes are the TOP OF THE LINE! Ms. Linn discusses why it is important for people to discover past lives (as they influence the presant) and gives you basic breathing techniques (which SHE even does the breathing with you!!) and then moves on to meditations and shows you how to view yourself and loved ones into your past life. She then gives you a chance to rid yourself of emotional bagage (from your previous lives) by letting you express the things you need to express to rid yourself of guilt, pain, sadness, etc. I have never found anything that worked before these and I would reccomend them to ANYONE.. HIGHLY!!

"Journeys Into Past Lives" is a 2 CD set that includes discussions on reincarnation & the value of exploring past lives (how it can help us in living a meaningful life today), as well as 4 different meditations to help you explore your subsoncious mind & ways of dealing with past-life situations that bring up uncomfortable feelings (i.e., fear, victimization, great sadness, etc...). Denise Linn also includes a breathing technique that can be used with or without her particular meditations, and which are meant to make it easier to open up the door to your subconscious mind.

The 4 meditations involve: revealing past lives, going back to the current past, recognizing soul mates, as well as meeting our future selves.

I've had great success with this CD set, exploring 2 past-lives so far. I find Linn's voice to be soothing - which is very important to me - and I like that she does the breath work along with you - helping you to get used to the rhythym. However, there are a few areas where I felt rushed, where I wished I'd had more time to explore (especially in the 2nd meditation). But other than that, I think this is an excellent meditation set - one of the few that I can truly relax to.

Overall, I would highly recommend "Jouneys Into Past Lives" to anyone interested in both past-life exploration & meditation. It has a lot to offer!

There are lot of reviews which tells about these tapes and what it contains. Therefore i will not go into it. All i will say is that these tapes are excellent. The very first time i used them, i was transported back in time. The experience was great and it did work. As i am using these tapes more, i am getting good at them and now every time i go somewhere and find something new. Also a significant thing happened that i was able to identify my inner sanctuary where i am relaxed and most happy. If you are not able to understand what i am saying, order these tapes, try them and you will experience something which you never did before.

I discovered Denise Linn about 5 years ago during a very difficult period of my life. I actually bought the tapes "Past LIves Present Dreams" and found the memories I was able to recall so incredible and powerful. I have been a fan ever since. I have a number of her tapes and I love the way she is so plain spoken in discussing this kind of regression. I understand her, whereas others I have found too esoteric. Her voice is filled with power, and although others reviewing this have said she "shouts" I find her manner soothing and empowering at the same time. I would fall asleep within seconds if she became more relaxing, whereas with these tapes my attention can be focused into to the wonderful imagery that she uses. I would recommend ANYTHING by Denise Linn, but if you are interested in past life regression, I would definitely recommend this (and Past Lives, Present Dreams).

I am a big fan of Denise Linn's radio show on Hay House Radio and discovered her books from that. I had thought she was just a Feng Shui person - WOW - is there ever more to learn from her than how to position your bed!

This cd is easy to use, yet in-depth enough for even someone who is a seasoned meditator (is that a word?).

I highly recommend it to anyone interested in past-life work.

I have listened to numerous meditation tapes and this is the best tape I have ever heard! The soothing rhythm of Denise's voice allowed me to sink into such a deep state that I realized things about myself and my life that I never understood before. I wasn't even sure if I believed in reincarnation, before I got the tape but the images I got were so vivid. Suddenly I began to see my life in the context of who I was in another life. Amazing! I highly recommend this tape to anyone on a spiritual journey.

This CD correspond to what I was expecting, after reading a few books from Denise Linn.

Once again Denise Linn takes us on an amazing ride through time and space with this powerful CD for healing your life. Past Life Regression can help you uncover the roots of mysterious blocks in your current life and Denise is a master at guiding you through the process safely and gently.

I only recently discovered Denise Linn a month or so ago and her meditations, breathing techniques and visualizations are some of the best I have ever used. I am not always very visual and I sometimes find guided meditations do not give you enough time to allow insights to come through. I highly recommend this CD for really intense inner journeys. It is also incredibly healing and relaxing. Her books are equally inspirational.
