I've had this piano book since I was a child playing piano. I've now been teaching piano for 27 years, and this is the most basic Christmas book there is. It has all of the standard Christmas songs with basic chords the way people are used to hearing them. There is no jazz, unusual rhythm, or other surprises. It's the one that you'll need for everyone to stand around the piano and sing with. The music is for an intermediate player who wants to play Christmas carols, not piano solos.

I had this book while learning how to play the piano and lost it in a move 2 years ago. I bought other books, but they just weren't the same. These arrangements are the best at easy to read and play yet sound advanced to all. Over the years, I've added my own touches to the arrangements as I played them. If you are beginning... this is the best Christmas music book you'll ever own!

This is a nice collection of traditional Christmas carols. I'm not familiar with several of the pieces, but they are all pretty simple to play and learn.

Learn to play at this level (another whole, but do-able story) and you will entertain yourself and others with a lifetime of pleasure.
