This book is a treasure to own and the recipes are totally gourmet and EASY!! I once owned this book and quite a few of Renny Darling's cookbooks, but they disappeared in moving so lo and behold I was able to purchase this book again. The recipes are very easy and you can make a very elegant dinner so easily. This is my renewed treasure and plan to cook many recipes from it again. Try the Bouillabaisse - fantastic!!
