I use this book almost everyday, not just because it is healthy, but also because everything i cook tastes so good. Instructions are easy to follow and are not complicated. There are many colored photos in this book which show me what a dish is to look like. I especially enjoy the layout and the book is printed on good paper stock, so it can be "wiped off". If you like to grill, this book is a MUST for you. Cristopher Laus 2-23-00

My wife and I use recipes from this book almost on a weekly basis. We've found several crowd pleasers that we serve to guests. Most of the recipes are relatively easy, and it's great to find a cookbook with healthy food that actually tastes good. I highly recommend this book.
