I know this book is out of print, but it's worth getting. It's a great book to read when you have spare time and the activities in it are very intriguing. One test in it allows you to caculate your vocabulary size. My brother and I greatly enjoyed reading it together. If you like words and you like to build a better vocabulary, get this book! It is not only entertaining, but educational. You can get many fun facts from it.

I last read this book in 1992 when I was 12 years old and my family still enjoys quipping it today. Its not an "improve your vocab" book, but is simply about the fun and enjoyable use of words in different accents and subcultures. There's a poem in NY Bronx accent that my cousins still joke about, and my father loves the rugged back and forth of two truckers on CBs calling out the location of a speed trap. An easy read, absolutely fun and entertaining!
