5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Delicious!
This book does for Italian what that other book does for French. It is for all of us who know spaghettii with meat sauce is not the only pasta, or anyone who would like to try something different. The recipies are easy to follow and the end results a delight for both the eye and palate. A worthy addition to any kitchen

1.0 out of 5 stars My Italian Bible
Joe Famularo was a senior vp at McGraw-Hill when I worked there in the late 70's. A friend gave me a copy of his book in 1983 to celebrate the birth of my son. 1.0 out of 5 stars My Italian Bible, February 24, 2012
Joe Famularo was a senior vp at McGraw-Hill when I worked there in the late 70's. A friend gave me a copy of his book in 1983 to celebrate the birth of my son. Every page is now tattered and splattered. He taught me early on to read the whole thing through from beginning to end, time it out, to avoid those awkward dinner parties where the hostess had to clue how long all the pieces of the dish would actually take to assemble. I'm buying several copies to give to myself, my son, my VA niece and the old friend who gave me the original book. Do yourself a favor: Buy this, read it, use it. It's my nona.
