Who doesn't like pastries? Barron's books put out a great many educational books with first rate instructions and well researched recipes. This is one of them. David Munn has produced a book with straight forward information and easy to follow direction. The recipes are not complicated and very usable. A great start for the young, budding baker and new bakers of all ages. Enjoy!
