I am a Sign Language instructor and this book comes in handy all the time as a fun way for students to practice fingerspelling and understanding signs. I bought this book for myself at first, but it has definately come in handy in other situations. The puzzles are fun and not too challenging to my students and they absolutely love it.

This wonderful sign language puzzle book helps to assist people who are working at expanding their knowledge of sign language. It has many fun puzzles, word finds and vocabulary building exercises that helps students to practice signs they already may know or to learn new signs. I have used this book as a way to reinforce material taught in my adult education classroom. I recommend this book for anyone who has a need to practice sign language, yet, does not always have an opportunity to sign with another person.

I have looked at the book and my daughter is using it in college for her Deaf Education degree. It is very helpful and detailed. I would recommend it as a learning tool for all.

I bought this to share with my signing class as well as worksheets to be shared with my son's teachers and aides. Also, teachers can use this as a learning tool.

The Joy of Signing Puzzle books (One and Two) are great to use as a fun learning tool, to check your memorization skills and simply to have a good time. Having worked with some kids with hearing impairments and deafness I think they would also enjoy these books that are specifically geared toward their interests, too.

Probably best for teen or adult learners, or kids of any age that are already familiar with signing, these books are fun and not too difficult, though not really meant for little kids. There are crosswords, matching games, picture games, etc. and you can work on a puzzle that is somewhat challenging, working your way up to very challenging.

The picture on the front cover may give you the impression that there are photographs involved, but this is strictly a drawn pictorial that could have had a little more instruction for those who are very new to signing, or kids... it's best for those with some experience...which is the only reason I gave it four stars.

Using both of these books has been an interesting way to boost my ASL knowledge and help me find new ways to test those skills besides simple memorization. I definitely recommend them once you have a little understanding of ASL.

I love this book. I am a visual learner so it really helps learn the signs. There are crossword puzzles, word search games and more! It has the answers in the back so if you're honest then this is a good book for you. The only downfall is some of the signs are old.

The book arrived in a timely manner and was in excellent condition. My daughter saw this book and even though its an older sign book, it is still the best, according to her.
