Loretta LaRoche is awesome! We showed this video to our staff, and all couldn't stop laughing. Definitely shows you the "lighter" side of stress. You may even see yourself in some of her examples! You have to get this video and watch it with your family and friends.

This was hilarious and really does point out what stress can do to you and how to overcome it! I used the video in my staff meeting and it was a huge success. I think we'll watch it yearly just to keep it fresh in our memories! I'd highly recommend this video.

I highly recommend this video. It was quite educational, helpful and hilarious! Ms. LaRoche is a talented therapist and she uses humor to illustrate her points. You will be on the floor in hysterics as you relate to her comparisons and laugh at yourself!
