This Wok is absolutely the best cooking utensil we have ever had. It cooks very evenly & the surface is just great-cleans up so easily. We use this Wok about 75% of the time, and cook Stews, soups,pasta dishes, stir fries, omelets and is considered first for cooking most of our meals.We just love it and highly recommend it!

This is the best WOK that I could ever imagine. This is my first Wok and wanted something that cooked evenly and was super easy to clean and this fit the bill exactly. I use it at least once per day. Strongly recommended.

We put this on our wedding registry and were lucky to get it as a present. We used it last night for the first time. It cooks evenly and is a sinch to clean. I enjoyed using it and will continue to use it in the future.

I have only used the wok a few times, but I already love the quality and how the non-stick surface works. I owned many woks and this one seems to be the best with the best price as well. Hopefully the non-stick surface will last the 25 years that the product warranties.

This Joyce Chen Wok is the greatest. Well made item; nothing cheap about it. Seems like the food even cooks better in it. Very happy I purchased this; would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good quality wok.

This cooked wonderful on our electric range! I was so nervous about spending this much on a pan, but it is well worth it. The first one we got went back as the "cookbook" is missing (the second one does not have one either!! So I'd not expect one!), the bottom had a ring of missing coating, and the inside was scratched. It was like it was used and sent back and repackaged to go back out. The new one looks fine (except not any little booklet like promised on the package). It does state to "season" it before use. I noticed people complaining of the coating coming off, we've not had that happen yet. Use warm, soapy water to wash, with a cloth or sponge, dry immediately and I think you should be good to go. As stated, it cooks wonderfully on the electric stove... Very happy with the results of my first meal (chicken Lo Mein) Homemade of course!
