Whoever said this lid is sturdy is wrong! Mine arrived dented at the rim and when I tried to straighten it, my fingertip made a dent in the metal! It's not much heavier than tin foil. I chose this one because it had a heatproof handle but that is its only good feature. This thing would fly away in the wind if you used it outdoors. Don't waste your money. Shame on you Joyce Chen!

It fit perfectly -- just inside -- my 14" wok. Meets a real need. Thanks! And great service too.

All lids are an inch less in diameter than stated... that's how wok lids work. These have nice sturdy construction and come out of the dishwasher nice and shiny.

This lid popped right into my 14 inch Walmart Wok perfectly. I did not notice that there was also a version available with a wood knob or I might have got that one for a better match but functionally I could not ask for more.

This lid fits the Joyce Chen Wok we purchased. It seems strange to us to purchase the lid separately. It serves the purpose for which we purchased it.

I wasn't as unhappy with the product as I was with the way it was shipped to me. Being that the lid was only $10 I was not expecting much in terms of quality. The issue is that the lid was placed in a box with no packaging material and ended up getting bent and dented in shipping. So much so that it was not usable. A few dents would have been upsetting but this was unacceptable. See images for a picture of what I received.

For the price (about $10) this Wok Lid will meet expectations of service. I was unimpressed with its lightweight, made of such thin aluminum that I'm surprised it didn't arrive crumpled up in a ball. But like I mentioned, it was only about $10 and if I am careful in my handling of it, the Lid will meet my needs as a wok cover. Is "Phenolic" just another word for plastic? The knob does stay cool. I wonder, judging by the gauge of aluminum used, if Joyce Chen's other products (such as the Wok) would be worth purchasing?

This product is very flimsy as everyone else has describes and i was expecting a perfect fit for my Joyce Chen Wok but it has gaps around the edges

I was very disappointed in this lid. First of all, I was expecting it to be 14 inches, but it is about 12.75 inches and since I wasn't going to use it with a traditional wok, it doesn't fit. Second, it is very flimsy and was already bent and dented when I got it in the mail. It really isn't much sturdier than aluminum foil.
