I hide these in a kitchen drawer so they don't disappear to other rooms because they're just *perfect* for the kitchen. They're lightweight but sturdy, fit my hand comfortably, don't get slippery, have small tips to fit into odd places, and nicely sharp edges. Moreover, the red color makes them easy to find on a counter. Moved all my other kitchen scissors on. You'll like these.

These little scissors are unbelievable...they cut a whole chicken and open plastic packages equally. This is the second pair I have owned...the only need for replacement was due to my significant other misplacing the first pair.

I used these scissors for cutting off the fins and tail of Tilapia(sp?), and these worked wonderfully on cutting through those needle-like bones! My last pair of cooking scissors broke while in the process of cutting! These are really great for any purpose! SHARP too!

I discovered these scissors several years ago and they are wonderful. They will go from cutting a chicken bone to cutting fine paper for a gift. I am buying more for my children and friends!

These sizzors are the BEST I have ever used for cutting flowers. I'm a florist and I teach classes- I reccomend these to my students as my first choice. They cut sharp (watch your fingers!) and quick. They glide through thin and thick stems with ease (I don't use them for thick woody stems- they'll cut fine, but you'll run the risk of loosening the sizzors). Highly reccomended for floral use!!! I love these sizzors!

I love my red Joyce Chen kitchen scissors, which is what prompted me to give them to my sister-in-law and brother for Christmas this year. They cut perfectly and are in daily use.

I first used the Joyce Chen scissors taking a cooking class at our local junior college more than 25 years ago. The instructor said they were the best scissors she had found to be used in the kitchen; she was right. They fit in your hand comfortably and are light weight. You can cut up a chicken or slice a piece of paper and the blades don't become dull. Thank you for making them available through your site. They are great as gifts for wedding showers, house warming or just to have an extra pair around the house. I'm a very Happy customer!!!

This is the 5th time I've bought these scissors. I've given them as gifts, and people always rave about them. They cut anything & everything...bone, wire, paper, delicate or tough. You can never have too many of these scissors.

My husband found my very first pair of Joyce Chen sissors on the beach in Naples Florida. When I used them I couldn't believe the superiority of them compared to other sissors. They are worth every last penny, mine are now probably 15 years old and have lived in Toledo Ohio, Naples, Florida, Monterey California and now in Honolulu Hawaii. I loved them so much I decided I would like to get them for my sons also. I hoped I could find them on the Internet and sure enough I did. I am very happy with my purchase and will be getting these for gifts for a lot of other friends and family. I recommend these to everyone, try them, you will really like them.

These are my favorite kitchen scissors. I only wish I could get a second pair with a longer blade. Even so, I was able to use this pair to cut out the backbone of a whole chicken...no problem. I actually ended up using it to cut up the entire chicken. It is handy for snipping herbs and green onions, cutting open plastic containers and seals...just about any task I need it for, these scissors deliver.
