About the Author

Frank Mosca, Ph.D. is an Option Educator. He's spent 25 years as a counselor and is a former Professor at New York University. He's also the author of three additional books, The Unbearable Wrongness of Being, The Joybuilding Workbook, and a novel, The Godspeak. Mosca's written numerous articles and is available for lectures, workshops, and private educational sessions.

THIS BOOK REVEALS AN HONEST TO GOODNESS SHORTCUT TO THE REAL GOAL WE ARE ALL TRYING TO REACH - HAPPINESS. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SET UP OUR LIVES AND THE EVENTS IN OUR LIVES TO FIT WITH OUR MODELS (THEREFORE ALLOWING US TO FEEL HAPPY) THIS BOOK REVEALS THE QUICKEST AND SHORTEST PATH TO OUR ONE TRUE DESIRE!
