I was surprised to receive such a nice quality kit. My purchase arrived almost overnight without extra handeling fees. I hope St. Joe will work overtime so we can close on a sale soon. I will shop again with Amazon.

Within days of planting the statue, we started getting calls. Interest really picked up after months of nothing. Finally a nice young couple came and looked at the house and had to have it. It was one of the smoothest real estate transactions I have ever had. We closed on Nov. 1st and I was already moved out and reunited with my hubby who was living and working in another state. I said my prayers everyday and they were answered. I did forget to dig the statue up before I left. I hope he will continue to bless the young couple who live there now.

Well, I had one St. Joesph working. We got a contract as soon as I buried St Joesph. Now we are waiting for the house to close.
The person likes the house but needs to get a loan approved. I hope also the second St. Joesph at a condo will start
bringing a contract to that place. I am very happy with the St Joesph at the first house. I want to be pleased with the St Joesph
also at the second house. He brought in buyers but not any more. Hope this will get him to help out again.
