what a delightful CD. You appreciate their selections as it seems to echo their attitude to life and each other. Makes you feel as if you are in the audience.

This is so well done and I have listened to it over and over, never getting tired. It has everything you could want...it's funny, serious, thoughtful and just plan ejoyable. The actors are having so much fun, it is infectious. The British humor is a little different than the American humor, however nothing that the average person wouldn't understand. Judi Dench fans will definitely enjoy this.

Please offer more collections of prose and poetry and songs by Judi Dench, Michael Williams and other great actors. I could listen to them over and over and never get tired of them. Their ability to bring the written word alive never fails to amaze me. If I had to choose a favorite it would be "Funeral Song" followed immediately by "Fern Hill" and "Just in Case" and the Shakespeare selections. The limericks and epitaphs are delightful. It is wonderful to know the late Michael Williams is preserved forever on something like this. It did bring me "Great Pleasure".

Witty, charming, a joy to listen to. this is in my car and I listen to it constantly. I wish there were more cds like this.

I had to go all the way to England to get a CD of poetry that was broadcasted on
of all things, RADIO. Big names still use the radio as a means of communicating
the arts. We have Garrison Keelor.
These two disc are wonderfully entertaining. If you are a poetry lover or love
Judi Dench, I highly recommend the CD.
