When Judy Jordan went back to New York after that first eventful experience told of in the book Judy Jordan, she laid aside her beloved writing to solve the mystery of Anna Brex who had run away form her home town after leaving there with Judy the darling little Baby Belinda, who all but started a riot in establishing homemade nurseries. Anna Brex was a dancing girl and in the search for her Judy came upon other dancing girls whose stories provide absorbing episodes in the telling. The old mansion in the wood formed the background for Judy Jordan's discovery and its mystery was one existing even today in the lives of those who live and act as heroes, unfamed but none the less glorious.
