Although we're not Asian, we have considered this a staple in our household for years. Recipes using Jufran's typically earn raves, though people can rarely believe the sauce is made out of bananas. It has a sweet and spicy taste with the texture of catsup/ketchup but not as sweet. Recommendations: use it as a sauce for your favorite brisket; baste ribs or a pork tenderloin with it.

I was going to buy this online until I found the larger size bottles in stores for less than $2 each! Don't pay this amount.

As a chef, I use a lot of exotic and unusual ingredients. this sauce from the Philippines has jsut the right flavor to put into my special bean pot that I served to over 120 people with glowing comments.

I bought this Banana Sauce in order to make my signature Filipino BBQ Chicken and it was a massive hit with all my guests. They were completely surprised to see this ketchup made with bananas rather than tomatoes and flipped for the flavor. Although it's quite pricey in comparison to Heinz it's well worth it for certain recipes

I live in an area of Delaware that has absolutely no Asian markets. Thank goodness for AMZ. I was able to get my Jufran fix. I like Jufran better than the competitors because it has a thicker (lumpier) consistency. Great with eggs in the morning!!!

God bless!

An undiscovered gem. Banana sauce is like tomato ketchup with that sweet fruity twist. People might think its gross at face value but damn is it delicious. Tastes so good with chicken or fries. So good!

It will almost replace ketchup. It's good on just about anything especially being used to dip egg rolls in. It has somewhat of a sweeter taste than ketchup. Try it!!!!
