You can find the juicebox juiceware chips(videos) on the internet. To record up to 30 minutes of music if you have, windows go to windows media player click on "copy to cd or device" now delete stuff on the right hand side of the screen you should now have a lot more room on your media chip with no problem!

not what it makes you think it is.
I got the juice box for my son for x-mas I wish I woukdn't have got it. it comes with nothing and you can't find the video's for it. he really didn't care for it. The MP-3 player is the reason we got it but the thing is theres not enough space to record a hole song, and what I went though to find a down load spot made it all even crazyer. I would never tell any one...
