If I could I'd give it minus 10 stars. Magic Bullet is a terrific small appliance, I love it to death but it is NOT a juicer by any stretch of imagination. Maybe you'll manage to fix a quater of a cup of melon or papaya juice but don't even dream of it handling carrots or even cucumbers. The cylinder mesh insert will jump off the seats in one nanosecond, there is no filter or cutting mesh of any kind between the pusher and the blades when you try to push your veggies down; you, your counter and kitchen walls be in pulp up to here (red beats make splatter decor especially bright and colorful:-) , all veggies/fruit/salad leaves completely wasted.

The holes to let the juice through once its blended are so small that the fruit pulp clogs them all up and chucks start to overflow into the juice container. Tried at least 4 different methods including cutting the fruit into tiny pieces. The greatest benefit to buying this product is that you can take out the middle screen and have the blender attachment. You can then proceed to through away the juicing screen and the masher, because they're worthless.

I juice quite frequently and have a full size juicer but was looking for something that would allow quicker clean up time. After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant but decided for the price to purchase the bullet juicer. I don't use my bullet much but figured if the juicer worked it would be worth the price. If it didn't work I would not have lost too much. I tried it using an orange, a mini cucumber, and a hand full of grapes. I juiced the cucumber first and all I saw was the mush that most people referenced in the reviews and not very much of it at that. I proceeded with the grapes and the orange and as the mush increased so did the juice. I did not get as much juice as I would out of a regular juicer but I definitely did get juice. I was completely satisfied but realized since some fruits and vegetables do not yield much juice anyway in a regular juicer, they would yield even less in this juicer...but they would still give juice. For those who were unsatisfied I would say ensure you are using the correct bullet blade, know that you will not get as much juice as a regular juicer (Broccoli, carrots, apples, etc...which give juice but not a whole lot in a regular juicer will give even less in this less powered juicer) and ensure all the attachments are on correctly. At first I got nothing until I reattached everything and heard everything lock and click.

My wife finds her Magic Bullet convenient so she wanted their juicer even though we already have a "real" juicer. The first thing she threw in were carrots and they just got chewed up - no juice. She then cut them up smaller, and the blades got clogged - again, no juice. Finally, she had to add water but then it over flowed and she had to strain the juice anyway. I didn't like the juice because it wasn't pure and had chunks in it. However, she still stands by it and gives it a three because she thinks it may work on softer things. It's basically a blender with a filter that some of the juice may pass through. I give it a two but she is the boss.
02/03/14: My wife finally threw this piece of junk out. Even she admits it doesn't work. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

This juicer produced no juice whatsoever. Not even pulp wet enough to press juice out of. No juice.
I love my magic bullet, but they were going too far with this one. It's great for what it's for, but it can't do this. Couldn't even handle a cucumber.

This juicer attachment does not work well at all. It makes the your juice look like a puree. You have to add water for the juice to taste like anything. It is a true waste of money.

I read the reviews before going ahead with the decision to purchase, so I knew what to expect when trying it out for myself. Some pointers: The more prep work, the better your results. Just like you can't throw huge chunks into the bullet and expect a smooth result, the same applies to getting juice out of it. Others suggested steaming to get more out of veggies. I usually microwave carrots with a bit of water for a couple minutes just so they start to soften and absorb that extra moisture a little bit. For most things though I don't think it's really worth the extra effort. I've had the most success by using the regular blender attachment sold with the Magic Bullet and the larger ice crushing blades first. Start off with some water and toss in a little bit of fruit/veggies at a time (the tutorial on their website about using the juicer is helpful and tells you what to throw in when). By pureeing everything into a slushy concoction, I can then easily pour it into the juicer attachment and control the amount and speed. There's still a lot of waste left that the juicer can't grind or allow through the screen, but it definitely helps the result. Depending on what I'm juicing, I sometimes have to scoop it out halfway through before being able to get anything out of the rest. And of course, adding water can help too. So after several uses, a few pounds lost and only a few bucks spent, it's safe to say this was worth my investment.

Do not purchase this attachment, as is is barely strong enough to juice fruits, and will NOT juice veggies at all. It is not worth the money at all.
