I bought the Kindle version of this book so it was a pretty low investment. I was pleasantly surprised with the information included, see list below. I think even experienced juicers might like some of the recipes included, but much of the rest of the information would be too basic.

I'll admit, I knew nothing of juicing coming in. Although I've heard things here and there, I always assumed you had to be some kind of wizard to actually create enjoyable and healthy recipes. Turns out, I was way wrong.

Not only is this book chock full of awesome recipes, but they are simple, well-explained, and can be done by anybody like me. It's a great, informative read, teaching you how to take basic products and concoct some nutritious beverages. Definitely recommended, one of the best juicing guides I've seen to date.

I use the recipes in this book daily. I began juicing for the sole purpose of enhancing a poor diet, not because I wanted to lose weight--I was not overweight. Using these recipes has resulted in a weight loss of about 5 to 10 pounds, along with improved skin and hair condition, all of which were completely unanticipated. I feel much, much better after three months of juicing twice a day using the recipes from this book. A couple of caveats: no yields per juicing is given; and, there are a few typos with ingredient portions. I misunderstood "1/2 ginger" on my first juicing to be one half of an entire ginger root. Huge mistake! This should have read 1/2 inch of ginger. I might add that I have been very much into weight lifting for many years and have not experienced any fall off in training poundage used.

This is a comprehensive juicing guide that dives into lots of different aspects of "juicing", and also includes a big list of recipes.

One of the sections that I found to be helpful was the "A to Z of Health Problems" and how juicing can help eliminate them - I wasn't expecting something like this to be included in the book, so it was a nice "extra" (the "top 10 fruits for juicing" also surprised me)!

Whether you're just getting started with juicing, or consider yourself to be a juicing expert, you'll definitely find value in this book, it's packed with lots of interesting information.

There are plenty of recipes here to keep you busy for a while. They look easy to do, and from the ingredient lists, I can tell they will taste delicious. Only tried a few of them so far, the ones for beautiful skin, and they tasted great. I like how you get separate recipes for skin care, for healthy hair & bones, for weight loss, and not just one big chapter full of recipes bundled together. Cons: None yet. But I haven't tried all the recipes yet. If I come across a recipe that just doesn't taste good or doesn't make sense, I'll let you know.
