I didn't believe that Richard Helms could beat the standard he set in the first two Pat Gallagher stories ("Joker Poker" and "Voodoo That You Do") but "Juicy Watusi" took things right on over the top.

James Lee Burke might be the "Master" of Louisiana detective stories, but Richard Helms is catching up quick!!!! Don't miss any of these great New Orleans mysteries.
