this cd was first released in JAPAN only, but was re-packaged and sold in the USA under another label/title - only 3 of the tracks cannot be found on other cd's - so you must consider carefully before buying this rather expensive cd!

If Patti's people would update her website more often - we should be able to buy the missing songs from there and be happy with that - but they are lacking in that department - they don't even list her discography - just her current projects and some passing mention of her many tour dates ~ which everyone should go to at least one Patti concert - it's worth it -she is THE BEST JAZZ concert I've ever been to~!

Aside from the tracks in the "In and Out of Love" CD, this had three rare gems that make the CD priceless for any Patti Austin die hard fan.

I Musta Been Dreaming, Kiss and Got To Give It Up. I made the plunge and got it and I am not disappointed. She's so beautiful on the cover too.

It's an opportunity to get the three songs by buying one item.

I have been a Patti Austin fan for 25 years, and I own 16 original Patti Austin albums, plus 5 compilation packages. "Jukebox Dreams" is basically a reworking of Patti's album, "In and Out of Love." Of the 11 songs featured on "Jukebox Dreams," eight of them can also be found on "In and Out of Love." "Got To Give It Up," "I Musta Been Dreamin," and "Kiss" are the three songs unique to "Jukebox Dreams." Paying $32.00 for three songs is a bit steep, but as a Patti Austin fan, I am glad it is part of my collection. For the non-fan, save your money and get "In and Out of Love."
