I did have a problem with our machine and rather then shipping it back or taking it to a local dealer, I contacted Juki directly. They had a technician contact me and provided exceptional support and assistance in resolving the problem we was having with our brand new HZL-F600 sewing machine. The technician and I connected via Skype and he spent his evening walking me through the diagnostics and resolution of the issue we were having with the machine. As it turned out, the root cause of the problem was me and not the machine. My wife was thrilled that the problem was solved and we really...

Where I purchased my machine I was told that if I didn't like it I could return it to whom I purchased it from, so I think you need to know that up front if you can return it, whether you don't like it or their are problems with it. The one thing that I did do before I bought the machine is I watched video's and asked lots of questions. Just before I decided on this particular machine my hubby called and asked the questions that he wanted answers to before deciding. We were also told to make sure that we take the machine in once a year to have it checked over, cleaned, etc. which makes...

The one thing that I did do before I bought the machine is I watched video's and asked lots of questions. Just before I decided on this particular machine my hubby called and asked the questions that he wanted answers to before deciding. We were also told to make sure that we take the machine in once a year to have it checked over, cleaned, etc. which makes sense because you don't oil this machine, which was something that my hubby puzzled over, but he knew that Juki is a solidly built sewing machine. This particular machine is everything and more in what I want in a sewing machine, I having nothing but good things to say about it. It came with all the bells and whistles that one could ever want or need, the price is expensive, but you get what you pay for. With me being fairly new to sewing and having really only started sewing quilts, etc. this machine is a "dream come true". Bobbins easy to fill, speed control, thread cutter, automatic sewing if I want when my leg/back gets tired, plus all the accessories, I am truly happy with my Jukie HZL-F600 which will last me the rest of my life. When it first arrived I was so excited that I did "everything in slow motion" because I didn't want to hurt the machine....it was a breeze to use, I followed thru the book for all the directions. I honestly don't think you will be disappointed or have any problems, it is a "dream sewing machine", hope this helps.

The Juki sewing machine has it own carrying case (which is very sturdy) and it arrives inside the case, then it is surrounded by strong styro-foam inside a very sturdy shipping box. Whew that was a tough sentence to compose.
I compared many machines on you tube and bought this one. It should arrive tomorrow to me, but on the video's this machine is a pearl!! yes it is very easy and has a separate bobbin threader so you don't have to stop sewing. the bobbin is a drop down in the front and another feature that I love is .. I don't have to pull any threads to the back of the machine. it cuts and is ready to sew..
Yes, it does several stretch stitches. Lots of cheeper machines do too. This machine has wonderful feed, which mens those stretch stitch seams turn out better.
I am sorry but I don't have a clue what a "stitch regulator" is and I would suggest asking a Juki Representative online. sorry I can't answer your question....I love my Juki machine :-)
