We've bought these glasses for our 10y.o. son. They fit him comfortably and provide plenty of protection. The red parts are somewhat soft and provide extra flexibility to the frame. Our boy looks like a character from "Men in Black" movie in these glasses. He likes that the glasses hide his eyes so that noone knows what he's looking at. This is a great quality product and worth the money.
