Watch wrong size and did not work, September 13, 2010

I feel obligated to write a review so others do not make the same mistake I did. I specifically ordered this watch because case diameter was given as 27mm and band width as 13mm in the "Watch Information" table. I was looking for a very small watch for my son that has grown-up looks. Imagine my surprise when this watch arrived and turned out to be a honking 45mm beast. I'm not a small person but compared to my other, normal sized, watches this one looked huge even on my hand. The band was also much wider than 13mm (I forget exactly but it was 20+mm). In addition to the size issue the watch did not work and had some kind of oily residue smeared on the inside of the shrink wrap where the band and case joined. I gave it two stars only because Amazon.com has a superb return policy and I got a refund without any hassle.
