About the Author
Amy Arnaz grew up in Las Vegas and began the study of ballet at age seven. She danced with the San Diego Ballet Company and Nevada Dance Theatre and founded non-profit Boulder City Ballet Company in 1998 with her husband Desi Arnaz, Jr. Amy received the Spirit of Nevada Award from Nevada Senator Jon Porter, was recognized for her service to the community by the 109th Congress and received the Service Beyond Self Award from the Rotary. Today, Amy lives in Boulder City, Nevada with her husband and daughter. They own the Historic Boulder Theatre, which is home to their ballet company. She is the author of The Magic Tutu, the first book in the Little Haley Stories series.

Another story with a purpose,

Amy Arnaz's second book is as wonderful as the first. It picks up where The Magic Tutu's finishing point. The reader is introduced to more characters, and a lively story about pet adoption unfolds. Little Desiree goes through as much growth in learning her own life lesson as Little Haley did in the previous book. They are stories with a purpose, and they shine. Keep up the fabulous work, Miss Amy!
