I had the distinct honor of serving on a panel discussing the challenges facing the students of the Cobb County School System. What a cool opportunity! One recommendation I made to the faculty/staff present was to start a Cobb Family Dinner … Continue reading →

In other words, I made that fatal mistake of saying “yes” to an update and then the whole thing went down the toilet. I’ve managed to survive yet another week. Let’s recap what has been an enlightening and continually turbulent living situation.
Actually, I need to back up into Saturday to properly tell the story. For months now, I’ve been wanting to try a sensory deprivation tank. Jim Laird, Lucy Hendricks and Kate Galliett have been going on and on about the benefits. So, after several weeks of moving, adjusting, coaching and writing…I booked an appointment at FLO2S in Little Five Points. 90 minute
I must admit, I underestimated the disorganization that come with this move. The first week was TOUGH! The good news, I’ve discovered my real challenges and can address them (hopefully) in the coming weeks. To catch up our readers as … Continue reading →

Greetings everyone! Charles here, coming to you live and charged up thanks to the barista at Starbucks accidentally giving me a few extra shots of espresso in my iced beverage. So, it was five years ago today that I stood … Continue reading →
