Can anyone tell me if this book contains his recipe for the jumbo beef ribs served at Daisy May's in NYC? What about the bbq beans with burnt ends? I'll definitely buy the book if these recipes are found inside. Thanks.
As you can see I asked this question initially several months ago. Since then I picked up the book at a Borders after verifying that it contained the Jumbo Beef Rib recipe. I made it a little while back and it was good but not as good as Daisy May's was. I think that's due to my inexperience with this type of barbecue. The baked beans with burnt ends recipe is also inside, as well as the chili recipe from Daisy Mays. I can recommend this book if you are indeed serious about barbecue as I am.
