I have to lead a therapeutic group daily in a day treatment program. This book has been very helpful with suggestions as you quickly run out of ideas if you have to do a daily group. It also helps with discussion questions so that after you complete the activity, there is something further to talk about and learn from.

I bought this to help with my 8th grade Catechism class. It's got a lot of great ideas. I was most impressed with the index dividing the activities up by topic. A nice quick reference to find an activity to get things going. I would definately recommend this.
