I hadn't jumped rope since I was a kid, when some friends told me it was a great toning workout. I browsed videos on these workouts and picked out this one, and I have been very satisfied. The results I've gotten so far are what you could expect for only a few minutes a day, but it's definitely been adding up.

Buudy Lee has produced an amazing jump rope skills video. Everything is performed in a sequence that takes beginners up to a proficient level . Experienced jumpers can learn more skills and become expert jumpers. The only caveat that I have is for athletes looking for sport-specific routines. You'll need to buy Buddy's book with the same cover photo and title. The book and DVD need to be packaged as a set. RU listening Buddy???

I bought this video looking for a workout. It was more instructional, I did learn a couple of things. But, if you are looking for a workout to follow, this is not it.
