5.0 out of 5 stars Great Help!, February 22, 2008
This review is from: Jump into Literacy: Active Learning for Preschool Children (Paperback)
This wonderful activity book is for the preschool age child.
Inside you will find some great activities that will help to develop your child's skills in different areas.
Here are some examples: write one word on a large card that is an action word, such as hop. Let the child see the word and than let them hop. The Name Game is another one. Here the children sit in a circle and clap the syllables of each child's first name while saying the name aloud.
You will find this book very valuable in teaching your preschooler. It is full of great activities and the explanations of how to do the activity and why it is helpful is very parent or teacher friendly. This is a great help book and is recommended.
