More than twenty fiddle tunes in a row - I never thought I could stand that many, even though I really enjoy the sound of the fiddle. But listening to Byron Berline, I feel tempted to push the "repeat" button. The slow waltzes are especially impressive, deceptively simple, played in a way very few can match, sure to give you goose bumps all over. Too bad someone made a mess by getting the song titles in the wrong order on the cover; it is hard to tell which song is which. But who cares when they are all this good...
