Stabbing a small piece of apple, a baby carrote, a cherry tomato, and a grape on this before I leave for work........and my bird's happy for quite a while to pick and eat. Stimulates "foraging" behavior and the swinging of the "toy" makes it more of an acrobatic exercise than just eating from a bowl, too.
