My daughter loves this set of instruments. They are durable and have held up well. The only thing is if you have a young child you have to keep a close eye on them with the jingle sticks. The jingle sticks have little bells tied to them and young children might like to bite on them. So far none of the bells have come off so it appears they are connected quite well.

I was very impressed with this "junior quartet."
All of the pieces are made with quality materials; the triangle is real metal.
My 6 mos old loves to chew on the jingle sticks, even though they're not approved for his age. I trust that the ribbons holding the bells will not untie; still I supervise when he's playing with it.
The strings for the triangle and striker easily come off of the two pieces, but strings can be easily replaced. That's my only complaint with this toy.
We have lots of fun, and compared to most toys, this is very realistic. Even the colors remind me more of the real thing than most band sets.
