The Junior Hi Wal-Pil-O has a 4-in-1 anatomical design that helps relieve discomfort from tension headaches and arthritic disorders of the neck, while reducing nocturnal and early morning pain. Properly supports and aligns the head and neck while lying on the back or side. Lower pillow for children and others with short necks. Also great for use with waterbeds. For health and hygenic reasons pillow is not returnable once removed from sealed plastic packaging. You will never get a repackaged pillow from us.

It is a great pillow for those who have lost the natural curvature of the c-spine & find most pillows (even "cervical pillows") to be too bulky. I highly recommend it.
