Brainpool Junk: Best CD in the last ten years?, April 19, 2008
I first heard about Brainpool Junk from a podcast. I listened to a couple of songs and then immediately ordered this double disk CD. To me, this is the best music I have heard in 10 years and so wrote a review about it on [...]. It's like finding a long lost bootleg album from the 70's or 80's that's a combination of The Who, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, The Clash and Ted Leo. Ok, maybe that sounds weird, but it works!
By all means, listen to a couple of the cuts and then go buy it. I only wish Brainpool got the credit they deserved when this came out.

Cock Rock Opera Piss Take Deluxe, January 3, 2007

Impressive Swedes!! I expected the greatness the likes of EGGSTONE or CARDIGANS and got a phenominal 2cd Floyd Wall/Who Quadraphenia parody instead. You will choke looking for all the campy Rock Opera cliches. Highly recommended, they really nail the pomp rock niche with this one.
