Review
I couldn't imagine being a Juno member and not having this book. Sure, sending and receiving e-mail for free is great, but Rankin's book goes beyond common e-mail and shows you how to get the most from your Juno experience --
Borger News-Herald, March 1998If you expect your technical support call to last longer than seven minutes, and most of them do, then you might consider buying this book first --
The Morning Call, May 1998If you're a beginner using e-mail or a beginner with a computer, this book is a trove of information, because it details all the basics of sending and receiving e-mail and offers hints and tips you probably didn't know about --
The State, June 1998This book, written by Bob Rankin and published by San Francisco's No Starch Press, can't help but make things easier for most Juno users. The book covers the basics of using Juno, how to maximize Juno's potential, how to troubleshoot problems, basics of using the Internet and much more. I think it's well worth the $14.95 cover price. --
