I've never written a review before, but I noticed a customer had put the same review on every machine made by Jura-Capresso, which describes an experience quite different from my own, so in the interest of fair play, I feel compelled to speak up. One of the best things in life is a good cup of coffee and this machine (the Z6) is heaven. It makes the thickest frothiest cappuccino with the push of a single button. It costs a year's pay, but it's worth every penny. And it's beautiful. I have had lots of coffee makers over the years, many of them by Jura-Capresso, (and many from other manufacturers), but my experience with this company has been more than satisfactory; they are super. When something goes wrong or you are confused about something, their help line answers immediately and they walk you through to a solution, and are always competent and very nice. I've given old machines to my daughters and when the one of them finally can't be fixed over the phone, the old machine can be sent in and refurbished for a nominal fee or a trade in is offered with a discount on a new machine. I recommend these machines heartily.

I bought the Impressa F7 for around $1200 about four years ago. I've had error messages and jamming for 3, even after they "repaired" it. For the last six months, it'll freeze up once a day, sometimes after I make one espresso, sometimes before I can make any. Now it doesn't work at all. The metal puck part is jammed up high inside. Not sure if it's bad engineering or inferior materials or both. But for $1200, it should last more than four freaking years. You've been warned.
