Breakthrough among Six Sigma books!
Six Sigma is all about breakthrough improvement. Without a breakthrough, achieving Six Sigma performance is impossible. Juran and Juran Institute are the most experienced in achieving and managing performance improvement. Poor Book Quality
Juran Institute is the standard that quality is based on in the industry. With great anticipation, I waited for this book. McGraw Hill the publisher should talk to the institute. The diagrams are probably the worst I have seen in 20 years. They look like they were copied on a dirty copy machine. The paper used for the book is poor and the typeface is huge. Frankly, I...

Poor Book Quality,

Juran Institute is the standard that quality is based on in the industry. With great anticipation, I waited for this book. McGraw Hill the publisher should talk to the institute. The diagrams are probably the worst I have seen in 20 years. They look like they were copied on a dirty copy machine. The paper used for the book is poor and the typeface is huge. Frankly, I surprised that the Joran Institute would agree to publish this book with such poor printing quality.
