5.0 out of 5 stars Original Story~Great May 31, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
The original story here was heart-warming. I got the Kindle version and was disappointed that the rest of the 'stories' were just teasers and you needed to get the book to finish them.

1.0 out of 5 stars Come on down and kick a tire! May 29, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Very disappointed. Not one full story in this freebie. Just excerpts for four or five other books written by this author. Many authors offer one free book. I won't be reading any of this author's work. This book tells me that she wants money, not readers. I'm aware that authors need to make a living, but making a living by children's tragedies is a crime. This is sad. I'd be more tempted to buy others to support this author's work if the first book I picked up by her wasn't just an ad.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great short story May 13, 2013

I love all Casey Watson books be them long or short stories. She knows how to tell a story to keep you from putting the book down until you have read the whole book. She is an awesome person with her ability to connect and love each child placed with her. God bless her , her family and all people that open not just their homes but their hearts to children in need.

5.0 out of 5 stars Thanks Casey! Great read. May 12, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I love that this was free on my Kindle, I read it for Mother's Day! It was a wonderful short story. I'm glad Casey wrote this story, even though this sweet boy was only a short term placement, it was heartwarming, funny and showed how full of courage and resiliance he is. A great short read.
