We always focus on business owners and professionals experiences with people picking their brain. But job seekers have often found themselves on the receiving end too. They go into a job interview, and next thing they know, the interviewer is asking them to map out a solution to their problems.

Because the job market is so tight and there's so much competition, many people feel they have no choice but to comply if they want to get hire. A large number don't get hired after sharing the goods.

Please come in and share your experiences and how you managed to overcome it. You can remain anonymous. I'd love to get other people's point of view and advice.
