When I was growing up, we listened to Country. Now as an adult, and life is getting me down, I sit and listen to this Cd and I feel loved and happy with the world. The contentment I get into after listening to this Cd reaches deep in-side of me and lifts my spirit closer to God, who takes away all the bad feelings I just had.

I love this CD and have told many people about it. Patsy and Loretta are wonderful and the songs are great.
By the way the service was great all so.

I love to hear these two sing oldies...it is interesting to hear them sing gospel..so refreshing.

Used this for the soundtrack in a memorial picturial DVD for my dear friend when she passed away. Very nice and appropriate.

Very good. Everyone will enjoy these two Lady's singing.
Patsy Cline has a great voice, and is missed by many.
Loretta Lynn is also a very good singer.

This CD was playing when our father died at a nursing home on 12-15-08. I cannot begin to tell you how much it meant to us. It was just right and helped me and my half-sisters get thru this sad time of losing our Dad. When the music started, Dad just seemed to relax and finally let go of all the pain he was enduring and just died peacefully with his girls there holding him. We are not religious buffs, but I would recommend this CD to anyone going thru the last moments with a loved one. It was powerful.
I looked all over our town for the CD, but it didn't seem to be available anywhere. Amazon come thru for us. We are very grateful.

This is an outstanding collection of Patsy Cline's and Loretta Lynn's sensitive and expert renditions of southern gospel hymnology and favourites. I highly recommend it to all who enjoy this type of music.

Patsy Cline and Loretta Lynn deliver the title hymn simply and beautifully. All the hymns are movingly rendered. Definitely one of the most reverently performed versions of Just a Closer Walk with Thee, and you want to sing along !

I thought I was getting a CD with equal songs by Patsy Cline and Loretta Lynn. Unfortunately, it was mostly Loretta Lynn, which is fine, but not what I thought.

I really like this CD, as it has a lot of the old Christian songs on it.
