"You Just Don't Know What You Are Capable Of" by J.Song, is a book I'll read over and over again, for inspiration, that extra kick and drive to believe in myself, no matter what obstacles may lie in my path. I actually had to grab a pencil and underline stuff. This book is packed with some amazing and very insightful quotes. If I can dream it, if I can see it, I truly will accomplish my goals. So many of us are afraid to dream and set goals in life because of fear of failure. It is because of this fear that we don't even allow ourselves to want the things we most deeply desire in life. Indeed I sit there, have sat there, have gotten up from that seat, moved on and still found a chair somewhere along my path and sat back down. Ever so often we need to be reminded that we have the stuff that is needed to get to where we want to be in life. Throughout the book I felt like J.Song was talking directly to me, like he could read my thoughts, like he'd been where I am and figured the way out and only wanted to help me find my way out, to a place where I could now realize my dreams. "You Just Don't Know What You Are Capable Of" is a well thoughout and inspiring and easy read that will not only uplift your spirt but give you hope and hands on strategies to help you dream and accomplish your dreams. No smokes and mirrors here or prettily wrapped words that just only make you feel good. "You Just Don't Know What You Are Capable Of" gives practical and guided steps to visualize where one wants to be, a practice that has been used my millions of successful people. Song, admonishes that we set small goals, as these are easier to accomplish. These small goals can be connected to bigger goals and like building blocks or steps guide you to where you want to ultimately be in life. I would want everyone alive to read this book, anyone that has lost their way, is in transition or in limbo between university and the work world or who just can't seem to get to where they want to go in life. This book is for you!!
