Just How to Concentrate

I had problems with concentration due to many factors (environment, no regular sleeping timing ... etc). Once I saw the title I told my self 'there may be a solution or something pointing in that direction'

To keep it short I advice anybody to "Save your money, This is beyond the last place to waste it"

Reasons:
- The book is a Facsimile of 1923 ed edition. The size of the text is at most only third of the page space.
- It has 112 pages only 30 are about the subject. while the remaining 82 pages are related to some bizarre religious/movements drawings
- There is little (if none )of actual value about how to concentrate: read other self-help books or articles on the net and you'll find more ideas,tips and tricks for such title (Google is your friend).

If there was such as Zero stars or Block this book. but the least thing is 1 star.
