This book was beyond a great read. The of patterns of domestic violence are often carbon copies of each other; however the participants feel so alone in their struggles with this issue. With how easy this book is to read and powerfully honest the message of hope is portrayed, it can help any person that has been or currently in this type of relationship see that they are not alone and that there is help. Also, this book assists the reader understand this illness, see patterns of this illness develop and can be looked at as a plan of action to defend yourself from this illness.
