This Band Has Their Own Sound!, January 2, 2003

The Poptart Monkeys have been a great band since they formed here in PA. I always enjoyed their music since I heard them on 97.9 (The Bear). Their first cd, Dancing With My Lunatic, is sold out everywhere, but I only heard one song. Then this cd came out and Chirs Kurtz, lead guitarist of the Poptart Monkeys, gave me a few new copies of it. I listened to it a few times before I just sunk into that sound. The lyrics to No Way Out kinda reminds me of my life. I think their music puts me in a happy mood because it is not so damn gloomy and gothic, however, it is still HEAVY METAL! I am pround of Chris and the rest of the band for creating this album. A new cd is due from this band in February sometime. After meeting Chris (who is one of the nicest guys I know), I realize the rest of the band must be the same. EVERYONE SHOULD BE A PTMS FAN! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!
