I am so grateful that my friend from the UK recommended Amy's first single JUST A LITTLE GIRL to me. It is refreshing to see and hear a new artist who is not afraid to be herself. The video shows her desire to stand up + be noticed, plus it has brilliant direction - kind of an Alice in Wonderland for 2002 kick. The song starts off gently, with soft vocals and backing piano - then the chorus erupts into rock. It continues back and forth, with quaint verses going into all-out chorus and back again. This is just the kind of song to listen to at the end of a long day, or when someone is patronizing you. I look forward to hearing more from Amy.

I wholeheartedly recommend Amy Studt's new single, "Just a Little Girl"! It's well sung, the chorus is catchy, and the whole song has real energy. The video, whilst somewhat surreal in places, is good fun too. The back-up track "Going Out of My Mind" is also very much worth listening to, and makes me want to hear more of Amy. It's just a shame that her song did not get nearly enough airplay on British radio stations, and therefore did not get the top ten placing it deserved. I look forward immensely to the forthcoming album.

Amy Studt is amazing, her not rock or pop, she has an indevidual sound.

Track one Just a Little girl: This is a brilliant track, the verse is all girly and sweet, but the chorus is punky and hard.

Track two, Going out of my mind: This is lovely to listen to when you are feeling thoughtful and it's a truly brilliant song.

Track three, Kick Me: This is a really kick ... song, a real pick me up.

Amy is the best I have heard from in a long time. She does what she want's & how she feels! She doesn't let anyone tell her how "her " music should be . ( Like alot of other singers do ) You can see in the type of songs she sings and videos she does that thats her & you can like it or not!! She is brilliant & the way she said the words to "just a litte girl" were "Supposed to be the black & white of how people see "just a little girl". The verses are the white, girly & pritty & then the chorus is the black , more complex side." Plus the part where she is in a coffin in the video "thats the warning that you can't treat people like that . You'll get in trouble". I can't wait to see what eles she has . But I think as long as she stays true to her self then she will be bigger then Justin & Brit together!!! You go for it , Love the video....

the video totally rocks for this song with the whole alice in wonderland thing. And Video does do the song justice. It's showing her acting like a "Little Girl". It's not supposed to be sexy.

I loved her single. I was roaming around in my mothers friends teen shop vibe when i heard the song!! Everybody says Avril Levigne has the voice..not tru!! Amy has the voice!! She sounds just like any other great 16 yearold singing but she has attitude and it rocks! AMY ROX!! she should of gotten on the Top Ten! She totally deserves it.

All I have to say is, It's about time someone like her came into music world. I'm sick of Britney. Amy Rocks!

Well, first of all, I have NO complaints with her name! It is absolutely fabulous! It has strong music and an excellent beat. Fabulous vocals with terrific lyrics. I love her inspirational words saying" I'm just a little girl you see, but there's a ---- of a lot more to me. Don't ever underestimate, what I can do!" Very strong female role model. She is successful at portraying her strength without coming across as a man basher!! Very good girl! Keep up the good work!

I dont have this cd but the video is great, and i love the song, I saw the video on MTV Hits, and i tought that this is an older song, but i found out it's a new song, and she's a new artist !
