I'm halfway through and I've had alot of laughs already
I picked this up. Just in the mood for something dry and funny. I got that with this book. The segment on Sex and the city has been worth reading it alone. Very British. Written for the British. Which is fine. I'm Australian so I know what they are talking about in ninety percent of the time. If you know what they mean by Tony Blair, New Labour, Tesco's etc...

If you're not from the United Kingdom don't waste your money. I spent a few years in Europe and found maybe 1/3 of this book entertaining. The rest made no sense because it is mostly UK related. If you're from the UK, have a dry sense of humor or you have been forced to watch the BBC for three years this book is for you.

Very British. Written for the British. Which is fine. I'm Australian so I know what they are talking about in ninety percent of the time. If you know what they mean by Tony Blair, New Labour, Tesco's etc. Then this book is funny. Even if you don't know alot about Britain it's still a funny book. Because alot of the scenarios they talk about is common to all western countries.

I came close to having an accident I laughed so hard at these guys. This book might require a taste for British humor, though.
